Basic Bookkeeping

Entering or pulling in transactions from bank account or various accounts. Reconciling accounts ensuring all financials balance. This service does not include executing payroll, but I will enter payroll that was done for the month. This is a contracted service billed at $50/hour.

Start Up Package

This package includes an initial meeting with at least one to two follow-up meetings. We will go over the pros and cons of the type of business (LLC, S-Corp, Sole proprietorship,) you should have. The types of accounting software available to you. Possible filing systems, both physical and electronic if necessary. If there are any other processes, you should be aware of. This is a $200 max 4hr package hired by engagement letter.

Payroll Only Services

I will complete employee payroll as agreed upon. This service includes the completion of the 941-tax filing and any benefits which need to be processed. These benefits would include health insurance, retirement benefits, and tracking of time off or sick leave. I will also process the W-3/W-2s at the end of the year. This is a contracted service billed at $75/hour.

File Organization

Weather you need your personal files gone through and purged or new business file system set up I am your girl. This service will depend on how in-depth the project will be. This is a by the hour service ranging from $30 – $75 depending on how complicated the project. This service will be hired by an engagement letter with details settled on by both parties.

Monthly Account Review and Reconciliation

This service is exactly what it says. I will come in review the account, double checking transactions while reconciling the account for the month. Once the reconciliation is completed, I will compile any financial statements and review either with you or leave for your review. This is a contracted service billed monthly $100 for the first account and $50 for each additional account.

Simple Tax Returns

I am able to complete Form 1040 tax returns. If you have any questions on weather, I am able to help please do not hesitate to contact me. This service ranges from $50 – $150 depending on the complexity of your return. This service is hired by engagement letter and the price will be settled before the return is started.
